Homemade magnetic compass

AsSalyamu `Aleykum wa RahmatuLlahi wa Barakatuh,

Equipment: one floating paper, paper clip, magnet, compass, water, dish, sticky paper.

1. We have to "magnetise" our paper clip by rubbing it in one direction against our magnet

2. Pour water in the dish and stick our magnetised paper clip to the floating piece of paper with sticky paper

3. Take compass and check how correctly our homemade compass is working.

Alhamdulilyah ours worked perfect!!!!
